Nigel Gellard – Perth

Nigel has over 33 years experience in the resources, agricultural, financial services and funds management sectors. Nigel was Commercial Adviser to the Director of Exploration for Rio Tinto Plc, based in London. He was responsible for advising on commercial matters relating to Rio Tinto’s activities in Europe, Eastern Europe, South America, and Africa. Nigel has been a director of publicly listed companies Parmelia Resources Ltd (now Veriluma Ltd ASX:VRI), General Gold Ltd (now Kairiki Energy Limited ASX:KIK) and Strata Minerals Inc (now Revival Gold Inc TSX:RVG).

Stephen Burke – Perth
Founder & Technical Director

Stephen is a geologist with over 20 years experience in gold, nickel sulphide and other base metal exploration, resource evaluation and mining. He completed a Bachelor of Applied Geology honours degree at the University of New South Wales. Stephen worked for Centaur Mining & Exploration, Goldfields and AurionGold before starting his own independent geological consulting firm in 2003.

Stephen’s technical expertise lies mainly in magmatic nickel sulphide and Archaean mesothermal gold deposit exploration and resource evaluation. Stephen managed the Leinster Nickel Tailings Resource Definition Project on behalf of Braemore Resources.

Colin Harris – London
Business Development & Special Opportunities

Colin is a geologist who has operated at a senior executive level for some of the largest mining companies in the world. He has had an extensive and distinguished career working for Anglo American, Cominco (Teck-Cominco), Rio Tinto and Jumelles Technical Services/MPD where he managed the world class Zanaga iron ore project in the DRC. Colin has managed multi-million dollar projects covering most styles of mineralisation including Cu, Pb, Zn, U, Ni-PGE, Fe, diamonds, Au and Ti. Colin has been Non-Executive Director of AIM listed London Mining, a director of AIM listed Ncondezi Coal Company and Non-Executive Director of the AIM listed Zanaga Iron Ore which was the subject of a US$350M investment by Xstrata.

Gary Vallerius – London
Business Development & Special Opportunities

Gary has over 25 years experience in the mining and exploration sector. Gary has previously held senior commercial and financial management roles with Rio Tinto and Xstrata. Gary has extensive experience in international finance and capital markets. He has been responsible for the financial management and control of several large world class projects including acting as CFO for the Zanaga Iron Ore company during its listing on the London AIM and Xstrata’s subsequent US$350M investment in the Zanaga project.
